Terms & Conditions


All bookings are subject to a 20% non-refundable deposit on booking. This fee is based on numbers and requirements as laid out in the initial quote. Dates are held for two weeks after a deposit invoice is issued. If the deposit is not paid in this time the date will become available again until such time as the deposit is paid.

Confirmation and final payments:

Full balance is payable 14 days in advance of your event and will be issued alongside a confirmation booking inclusive of any changes made since deposit received.
Bookings taken within 14 days are subject to full payment on booking
All details must be finalised 14 days before the event date. This includes but is not limited to guest numbers, special dietary requirements, timings and any other needs such as staffing, equipment or hire. Changes made within 14 days cannot be guaranteed.
Guest numbers confirmed at 14 days will stand even if guest numbers decrease. In the event of an increase in guest numbers an additional invoice will be sent and is payable within 7 days of receipt.

Cancellation policy:

The following charges will apply in the event of a cancellation:
Less than 7 days notice – 100% of the balance charged.
Less than 14 days notice – 50% of the balance charged.
More than 14 days notice – 20% of the balance charged.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit may not cover the listed charges but in accepting these terms you are contractually bound to honour the cancellation policy. Invoices will be issued if this is the case and payment should be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

Unforeseen circumstances:

Due to suppliers or seasonal circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to substitute items on your menu. These will be of equal value and we will notify you of any changes prior to the event.
We do not accept any liability for non-completion or delays of the event as a result of adverse weather conditions, traffic accident or road closure, civil riots or strikes. Fire, flood or any other act of god or natural disaster, or any other event which is beyond the reasonable control of Aperyer.
Any breakages or damage caused to equipment during the event by the customer or guests will be charged at full replacement costs and is payable within 7 days of receipt.

Upon receipt of a deposit, we understand that you have accepted the terms & conditions as stated above.
