“Matt and Gemma beautifully interpreted our initial ideas and perfectly matched them to the style and flavour of the wedding we both envisioned. They were never fazed by even our most left field ideas, instead embracing them and bringing them to life.
Aside from the incredible food and service (people are still talking about the knock out flavours, and our fabulous hostess three years later!), what sets this couple apart is how warm their approach is and how comfortable they make you feel throughout the process. The fact that, after meeting this wonderful couple to cater our wedding, we now consider Matt and Gemma as very dear friends speaks volumes about how much we rate them in love, laughter, and food!”

‘Bold flavours’ and ‘lots of colour’ was the order of the day for this fabulous couple! Their outdoor tipi wedding held in the garden of the brides’ family was relaxed, fun and informal with guests officiating and even helping to man the bar!
The height of summertime, they chose canapes based on classic British fare: mini pie and peas, Yorkshire puddings with rare roast beef and horseradish, and Welsh rarebit with honey glazed ham and apple!
With a shared love of travel and regular hosts of dinner parties at their Bristol home, Sophie and Rich wanted a rustic, informal main meal with an emphasis on relaxing, laughing and sharing the love! A family style sharing feast featuring north African flavours seemed perfect! Guests rolled up their sleeves and helped to serve the huge Moroccan-inspired feast with dishes presented on table centres for guests to pass and share amongst themselves:
Babaganous, hummous, tzatziki, olives and flatbreads
Chicken and almond tagine
Fruity chickpea tagine
Prawns with chilli and coriander
Halloumi and roast vegetables
Spanakopita
Selction of homemade falafel
Merguez sausage skewers
Jewelled cous-cous, tabbouleh, garden salad
After all that food, there was dancing aplenty and guests could help themselves throughout the evening to a gorgeous array of home-baked cakes and treats which the couple asked guests to bring in lieu of gifts.
