“Gemma and Matt were our first and only choice of caterers for our wedding and they couldn’t have been better. We asked for a tapas style menu to reflect our engagement and the dishes they sent back where perfect. We had a hard time narrowing down our choices.
I couldn’t have been more impressed with how easily they organised what could have been a fussy menu with a selection of dishes. They gave us lots of useful information on how to make the food service run a smoothly as possible. They also helped me and understood the relaxed style of the day.
The food was incredible! Every one of our guests commented on it, and couldn’t believe this all came out of a tent in a field. Working under less than typical conditions didn’t affect their ability to make our wedding food awesome.
The Ceviche was my personal favourite and my husband loved the Slow Cooked Pigs Cheek. The menu couldn’t have reflected us a couple more. Thank you for being the best wedding caterers around!”

The ultimate festival wedding, Kelsey and Alex hired a campsite and marquee and put on the wedding party to end all wedding parties! As the sun went down, before the DJs got into full swing, the guests sat down to a banquet of the couple’s favourite flavours – traditional Spanish flavours served in the centre of each table:

Platter of honey roast figs with goats cheese and oregano
Chorizo with red pepper and black olives in red wine
Ceviche with lime and chilli
Selection of Spanish style sharing breads
Mojo sauce and aioli dip
Mixed olives and smoked paprika almonds
