“Thank you Matt and Gemma for providing the most delicious food at our wedding. We loved working with Aperyer. Gemma was so lovely and helpful from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble and she helped us work through our ideas with lots of good suggestions, even when we changed our minds at least twice!
We had great fun at the tasting, it was a wonderful opportunity to meet for the first and get a taste of Matt’s incredible cooking. The day of our wedding went perfectly, they ran the whole operation with no stress and lots of smiles and hugs. I would highly recommend them and am so grateful that we chose them.”
Alexia and Chris were so much fun to work with and we loved their ideas for some French street food inspired chicken with ALL the garlic, lashings of butter and crusty bread for mopping! The laid back informal feast perfectly complemented the laid back, beautiful setting – a gorgeous white marquee against the backdrop of Chatsworth House estate.
The couple kept things informal with a help-yourself dessert station where guests could also grab a tea or coffee before sitting back down, taking a wander through the gardens or heading out for a game of croquet on the park lawns.
As their friends took turns on the turn-tables, some serious dancing got underway so guests were more than ready for an evening buffet of Vietnamese Banh-Mi. With these in hand, everyone headed out to the campfire for a hearty sing-a-long as the sun set on the most wonderful day.
